Years ago, Melissa Lerner got up every morning by 4:30 am to hit the gym (or pavement) before going to her corporate job in Advertising. One day, her father had heart surgery and asked her to help him get back to "himself". She realized she could workout but didn't know how to NOT hurt someone else.
Within months, Melissa set out on her next journey and became a NASM-certified personal trainer, with specializations in corrective exercise and performance enhancement. She then moved on to become a Pn1 certified nutrition coach and developed The Micro Modify Method (M3).
Melissa has a few passions. Helping people. Helping herself. Both through diet and exercise.
